For executive units, the range of recent transacted price of EM is in the region of 835k to 900k whereas those that of EA is in the region of 850k to 918k. The market sentiments are still relatively strong now although the transaction volume are slowly tapering off. You may want to make use of this window of opportunity to try to get a good price for the unit.
